History

Natalie's life has been, up until recently, quite dull. She grew up in a very normal household, went to an art school, and like most arts majors... wound up serving coffee to hipsters. She was perfectly content with this life, until a few days before Halloween, when she got news that her estranged father had been murdered. As his next of kin, Natalie inherited his shop 'Hawthorne's Rarities'. Her intention was to sell off the merchandise, and sell the shop for profit, but upon her arrival her attitude changed. Something about the opportunity of a new start suddenly called to her, an appealing thought. It didn't take her long to discover that her father's work had been the cause of his death, and not his dealings in rare antiquities.. rather his dealings with the seedy underworld of artifact theft and fencing stolen goods.
